MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (MHRD)
The Ministry of Human Resource Development(MHRD), formerly Ministry of Education (until 25 September 1985) is responsible for the development of human resources in India. The Ministry is divided into two departments: the Department of School Education and Literacy, which deals with primary, secondary and higher secondary education, adult education and literacy, and the Department of Higher Education, which deals with university education and technical education. The Ministry of Human Resource Development was initially recognizing the professional institutions of India.As per the present policy of MHRD, letter issued to IIIIER, for recognition of the Diploma/Degree level Academic Membership program.
UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION (UGC)
The University Grants Commission (UGC)of India is a statutory body set up by the Indian Union government in accordance to the UGC Act 1956 under Ministry of Human Resource Development. UGC is recognizing only university, since the IIIIER is an autonomous professional institution which is doesn�t come under per preview of UGC. The UGC issued letter to IIIIER, stating that equivalency of Diploma/Degree level Academic Membership examination conducted by IIIIER, decision is left to the concerned authority for taking higher education in university and employment.
ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION (AICTE)
The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)is the statutory body and a national-level council for technical education, under Department of Higher Education and Ministry of Human Resource Development. AICTE is the statutory body to approve autonomous professional institution to conduct technical education. The AICTE issued letter to IIIIER, as per the present policy of AICTE to recognize autonomousprofessional institution, stating that equivalency of Diploma/Degree level Academic Membership examination conducted by IIIIER, decision is left to the concerned authority for taking higher education in university and employment.
IIT- MADRAS / NATIONAL PROGRAMME ON TECHNOLOGY ENHANCED LEARNING (NPTEL)
NPTEL is an acronym for National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning funded by MHRD which is an initiative by seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) for creating course contents in engineering and science. NPTEL as a project originated from many deliberations between IITs, Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) during the years 1999-2003.
IIIIER is approved by NPTEL and coordinated by IIT Madras to promote Engineering and Technology education, IIIIER students will learn entire course from IIT professors and also will get chance to earn domain certification from IIT and IISc.

The International Association of Engineers (IAENG),Hong Kong, is a non-profit international association for the engineers. IAENG was founded by a group of engineers and scientists in 1968to promote the co-operation between the professionals in various fields of the engineering and to cultivate an environment for the advance and development of the technology. AMERICAN GLOBAL STANDARDS / PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION BODY
A Personnel Certification Body is an organization that awards credentials/ professional certification to individuals meeting specific competence requirements relating to a profession, an occupation, a job or a portion of a job. Personnel certification bodies are accredited by accrediting bodies to the ISO/IEC 17024 standard, which was designed to harmonize the personnel certification process worldwide. IIIIER is recognized by American Global Standards under ISO/IEC 17024:2012 as an International certified Personnel certification body.
AMERICAN BOARD OF ACCREDITATION SERVICES (ABAS)
ISO 29990:2010 is a quality management system standard for providers of Non-formal education and training services.Companies worldwide have recognized the importance of shared knowledge. ISO 29990 provides a unified model for a quality and professional mode of operation, as well as a common reference point for both LSPs and their clients for the conceptualization, development and delivery of the specified programmer. IIIIER is recognized by American board of accreditation services under ISO 29990:2010 as an International certified Non-formal Education and Training body.

The Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) is a Not-for-Profit, Non- Statutory Certifying Organization, under the ambit of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The Council has been promoted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) and Healthcare Industry Leaders representing both public and private sector. STATE AND DISTRICT EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGES OF INDIA
The Ministry of Labor& Employment creating a healthy work environment for higher production and productivity and to develop and coordinate vocational skill training and employment services. An Employment Exchange is an Organization that provides employment assistance on the basis of qualification and experience. All State Employment Exchange and District Employment Office in India is beingaccepting the registration of Diploma/Degree level Academic Membership Certificate issued by IIIIER.
TAMILNADU SKILL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (TNSDC):
Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) is formed in the year 2013 by government of Tamilnadu to address the skill gap requirement and to expand the ambit of its functions. The Government has decided to integrate various skill building programme implemented by different departments to ensure the effectiveness of Skill Training activities. The vision of the Government was to bring in a centralized system of selecting and monitoring skill training courses and Institutions besides tracking the trainees till they get employed. Hence the Government has declared the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation as a Nodal Agency for entire state in the year 2013to ensured adopting common standard framework of Training programme. TNSDC issued letter to IIIIER to conduct Skill Training programs.
HIGHER EDUCATION IN UNIVERSITY
As per the AICTE and MHRD present policy acceptance of Diploma/Degree level Academic membership educational qualification obtained from IIIIER for Higher Education is left to the concern authority. Based on equivalency of IIIIER educational qualification some universities are accepting IIIIER qualification for higher education.

Apostille authenticate to simplify the legalization of documents to verify their authenticity, in order to be valid internationally, making unnecessary diplomatic or consular legalization or other certifications. Moreover, when Ministers met in Seoul in 1999 at the Second International Congress on Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) they adopted the goal of ‘Technical and Vocational Education for All’’.Generally, every lover of education asks the question what is the constitutionally and reliability of NOVA Academy of Rural Education & Research or what sort of service or where admission can be obtained by students passing out from NOVA Academy. The only clear answer to all such questions is that all educational Boards / Academies are Autonomous bodies. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING EDUCATION
Indian Institute of Schooling Education is an autonomous independent and Non–Governmental Board for the conduct of Secondary and Senior Secondary School Examination, providing an alternative to choose from either Government aided Boards or a Non-Government independent Autonomous Body. The Board/Council aims to provide education to all children, especially to those in rural and remote areas, at least up to the Senior Secondary level. It is further submitted that the Board is a private initiative for the establishment of a Non-Government Board for conducting 10th and 12th Common Examination for students studying in schools affiliated and likely to be affiliated by Delhi Board of Senior Secondary Education.
