Antony Xavier is the founder and the Managing director of Aldhaas Montessori International (DMI) Education and Training. He is an accomplished Professional - Educationalist/ Administration in the field of education for the past 28 years. His Career complemented with extensive voluntary service through National Service Scheme (NSS) at Higher Secondary School and Graduation levels at Loyola College, Chennai. He is also a member of Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), Amsterdam, Netherlands. He also holds education Records such as M.A.(Hist),M.A.(Pub.Admin), M.Ed., M.Phil, Ph.D in Education. He is qualified from Universities like Madras University, Alagappa University, Annamalai University and Bharathidasan University.
His career commenced in 1994 as a middle school teacher in Holy Cross Matriculation H.S. School, Salem, Tamilnadu and has served as Teacher, Coordinator, Head Teacher, Administrator, Vice-Principal and Principal of schools for 18 years. In the Kingdom of Bahrain he has served as Vice-Principal for The Asian School for two years. He has been an instrument in initiating seven schools across the states of Karnataka and Tamilnadu in India. He has established five Teacher Training Institutes. He also serves as Educational Mentor for Taruwin Vidhya Mandir School, Dharmapuri, Shree Shanthi Anand Vidyalaya, Thirumudivakkam St. Paul’s Group of Schools, Chengalpet, and St. Joseph’s Modern School, Alenvilai, Kanniyakumari.
Antony Xavier has held numerous leadership positions in the field of education both formal and non-formal, and for the rural and street children upliftment. He is a strong believer of “Educating the Heart and Mind” and being inspired by Rev. Fr. Basil Anthony Moreau and Brother Andre Bessettee, the gems of the Congregation of Holy Cross, which involves experiential learning strategies that foster critical thinking and zeal for service.
As we stand on the threshold of a new academic session, I extend a hearty and warm welcome to all my students, staff and parents. Each academic year is a new height scaled, another dream realized with new targets set for the future. Each member of this institution is devoted to turning dreams & aspirations into reality through sincerity & perseverance. We at JCC always try to maintain the highest quality in academic standards and provide the most conducive environment for our student’s holistic growth and development. B.Voc is a 3-year undergraduate program focusing on application-based learning across diverse fields like healthcare, hospitality, graphic design, and more. Students benefit from multiple exit options with certifications like Diploma (1 year), Advanced Diploma (2 years), and B.Voc Degree (3 years).
12th pass in any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) or 10th + 2 years of ITI training.
